Hypothetical Evolutions is an ongoing body of work investigating the potential for how our human bodies might (conceptually and physiologically) develop. Using cast replications of parts of the human form I am able to construct a new and evolved human form. The forms become manifestations of mutations, imagined evolutions or mythological creatures leaving one to consider their own potential for adaptation in the future. The work often references lore and myth tapping into the collective unconscious knowledge of these tales and characters.
